Meet Michael. Co-founder, sales fanatic and mindset coach. After 25 years in medical sales (and a lot of mediocre sales training), Michael decided there had to be a better way.
When he’s not getting energetic in the training room, he’s making room for energetic training. Whether it’s cycling or running, you’ll find Michael attacking the terrain somewhere or supporting his equally energetic wife and daughters.

Meet Jennifer. Co-founder, education enthusiast and iron-woman. After 20 years designing and approving FE and HE courses, Jennifer knows exactly how to maximise learning outcomes and amplify the training experience.
When she’s not knee-deep in training materials or writing curriculums, Jennifer can be found running and biking her way around the countryside and practicing objection handling with her two headstrong girls.
